Cancellation of order

Customers have 1 day to cancel their orders. Once an order is in production, the order can no longer be cancelled, changed or edited as the item may have been labelled and ready to be shipped.

Replacement for printing or damage issues

If there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such, we can offer a replacement order free of charge.
