ORDER ISSUES

 I have entered the wrong address.
We will need to fix this for you ASAP before your order gets shipped. Please get in touch straight away at rockydripp@gmail.com
 My item is faulty, what do I do?
Please get in contact with us at rockydripp@gmail.com and we will be able to get this sorted for you. Attach images of the faulty item as well as order details. Faulty claims need to be made within 5 days of receiving the item. 
 I am missing an item from my order.
Please make sure the item isn’t lost amongst the wrapping or stuck to the inside of the parcel. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at rockydripp@gmail.com
I have received the wrong item. 
Get in contact with us at rockydripp@gmail.com. Please make sure to include your order details including the order number, name, and incorrect item that was received. 
I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation.
Make sure you have checked your junk and spam folders in case the automatic notification has been sent there. Tracking numbers will be sent once the orders are packed and labeled. 
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 
When will my order be shipped?
Processing time for all order is 5-8 business days. It may take an additional 2-3 days more due to Covid-19 delays and supply chain issues.
I live in USA, when will I receive my order?
We print per order. USPS First Class Mail shipping time is 3-5 business days. 
I live in Australia, when will I receive my order?
AusPost shipping time is 1-5 business days. You will receive your package within the estimated time frame after its processed.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email for your order. You will need to put this number into the link provided to track the progress of the parcel to you. It can take a few hours, sometimes 24 hours to show any kind of an update which is common for eParcels. 
 Where do you ship to?
We ship Worldwide!
> How long does it take to deliver Canada?
We only off Express shipping to Canada via DHL express. Canadian orders are shipped from USA. Sometimes parcels may get held at customs which will increase the arrival time. Normal delivery time is 3-5 business days. 
 Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Maybe, all applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes, and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
I think my order is lost/hasn't been delivered? 
Orders in some cases gets stuck at your local post office as they are responsible for the final delivery process. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame without further tracking updates then please visit your local post office with the tracking number and an ID card.
 

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE

 I want a refund on my item.
Please be aware we DO NOT offer cash refunds unless the item is deemed faulty. 
 I want to exchange my item for another size. 
For exchanges, email us asap (under 24 hours of your order being placed). Items that have been delivered cannot be exchanged unless deemed faulty.
